Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

We offer refunds when the downloaded output is defective. A defective output includes corrupted files, incorrect resolution, broken screen replacement, or any rendering error that prevents normal use of the mockup.

2. Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 working days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request

To request a refund, email hello@mockupfreak.com with:

  • Your order or purchase confirmation
  • The mockup name or URL
  • A description of the defect (screenshots help)

We aim to respond within 2 working days.

4. What is Not Covered

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Issues caused by uploading incompatible or low-resolution artwork
  • Dissatisfaction with the mockup scene or style (preview before you buy)
  • Subscription cancellations (you retain access until the billing period ends)

5. Resolution

If your refund request is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 5 working days. Where possible, we may offer a replacement or corrected file instead.
