1. License

When you purchase a mockup from Mockup Freak, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license, granted directly by Mockup Freak as the creator and rights holder of all mockup imagery, to use the mockup images in personal and commercial projects. This includes client work, marketing materials, app store listings, pitch decks, portfolios, social media, and print materials.

2. Content Ownership and Origin

Every mockup scene in the Mockup Freak library is original content, created and produced in-house by Mockup Freak using our own production pipeline and commercially licensed AI generation tools. We do not resell, redistribute, or license content from third-party creators, stock libraries, or marketplaces. Mockup Freak holds full rights to all mockup imagery offered on this site, and every license we sell is granted directly by us as the sole creator and rights holder.

Device names shown alongside mockups describe the style of device depicted for search and compatibility purposes only. Mockup Freak is not affiliated with or endorsed by any device manufacturer.

3. Platform Usage

Our online preview tool allows you to upload artwork and preview it within mockups before downloading. Uploaded artwork is processed temporarily and is not stored, shared, or used by Mockup Freak for any purpose beyond generating your preview.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the mockup files as-is
• Include mockup files in competing mockup products or template packs
• Use mockups in a way that competes directly with Mockup Freak
• Claim ownership of the original mockup images

5. Refunds

Individual mockup purchases are final. Since mockups are digital products with instant access, we do not offer refunds on individual purchases. Please preview mockups carefully before buying.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Mockup Freak offers two ways to access mockups:

• Individual purchases: One-time payments that grant lifetime access to specific mockups. Your license remains valid indefinitely.
• Subscriptions: Recurring monthly or quarterly plans that provide unlimited access to all mockups in the library for the duration of the subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

If you cancel a subscription, you retain access to any mockups purchased individually. Access to mockups available only through the subscription ends when the current billing period expires.

7. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly, depending on the plan selected). You authorize Mockup Freak to charge your payment method at each renewal. All billing is processed securely through Dodo Payments. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
